Chaweng Cove Beach Resort

Die Zimmer sind natürlich nicht nach europäischer Norm gebaut aber für Thailändische Verhltnisse sicher sehr gut. Alles gross und geräumig. Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man kann auch Touren und Roller direkt von der Reception buchen zu fairen Preisen. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt und hat einen sehr schönen Garten und Planzenvielfalt. Der Pool und die restliche Sachen sind wirklich in die Jahre gekommen aber es ist immernoch alles gut erhalten. Die Laage und der Strand sind wirklich TOP.

Das freundliche Personal überall, das es eine kleine familiäre Anlage ist OHNE Animation und 24/7 Musik Beschallung! Richtig gut zum relaxen!||Liegen am Strand zu jeder Zeit verfügbar, man muss nur das Personal fragen. Und über ein kleines Trinkgeld freut sich jeder! :)||Und die Wörter "Bitte und Danke" fehlen aber sehr sehr oft bei all den anderen "unhöflichen Gästen" des Hotels dem ganzen Personal gegenüber!!!......||Wir hatten hier keinerlei Probleme und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Verständigung funktionierte sehr gut.||Die Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon (Meerseite) und die Bungalows sind zu empfehlen!||Unsere Zimmermädchen sind perfekt gewesen. Noi und die Kollegen/inen haben alles immer perfekt gemacht. Unsere Minnibar wurde nach unseren Wünschen aufgefüllt und täglich neu aufgefüllt. Es gibt 2 Flaschen Wasser jeden Tag gratis. Die Preise für die Minnibar sind günstig.||Das Frühstück sollte nicht nur täglich bis 10.00 h sein - sondern bis 11.00 h da man ja im Urlaub ist. Etwas abwechslungsreicher könnte das Frühstück sein, mit z.B Salami, Waffeln, Pan-Cake, mehr Früchte als wie immer nur Wassermelonen, Drachenfrucht, Papaya....Es gibt so viele leckere andere Früchte in Thailand...||Abere es findet jeder etwas zum Frühstück, hungern muss man nicht :)||Einen Late Check Out bis 15.30 h hatten wir ohne Probleme an der Rezeption angefragt, direkt bei Anreise für 1000 THB. Bleibt man noch länger, weil der Rückflug erst spät startet zahlt man eben 2000 THB. (Tagespreis).

Schöne saubere Anlage,wir hatten ein Hotelzimmer und das war sehr schön und die Betten mega bequem, wie die Bungalows sind kann ich nicht sagen. Bestes Frühstück, was wir auf Koh Samui in 4 Wochen hatten,mit 2 Kaffeeautomaten, das Personal freundlich. Täglich 2 Glasflaschen Wasser und neue Handtücher bekommen! Liegen am Strand zur Genüge verfügbar, obwohl das Hotel ausgebucht war!

We chose this hotel due to location being right on the beach (and at the quiet end of the touristy district) - also as it had family interlocking rooms which was important for us.||Friendly staff, facilities were fine, location and view was brilliant ||The area around the front of the hotel is a bit shabby but it is what it is. We had a family massage in one parlour and also frequented a bar for cocktails near by, other than that we were in 7:11 daily stocking up on beers and snacks! ||I had been reading the reviews for months beforehand so knew what to expect.|We went peak time of the year and it was hard to get a beach sun lounger but this really wasnt a problem as we were in the sea most of the time and just left our stuff back in our room. The beach area for the hotel is small but that’s honestly not a problem as Chaweng bwach is so long! We walked up to the busier bits for a look around but found we much preferred our little slice of beach. We were up for breakfast most days around 9 and always got sun loungers at the pool. The best spots were often gone by 9, but even we would just move our loungers into sunnier spots as the days progressed. So in summary - no sunbed drama.||Note there is no lifeguard at the pool or at the beach so parents do need to take extra care with their kids. ||Breakfast was average (fruit lovely, juice horrible, eggs ok) but I wasn’t expecting more so I wasn’t disappointed. We chose not to eat lunch or dinner until the restaurant as prices were high and reviews not brilliant so we ate out every night. ||Wishes: I wish they recycled here and I wished they would get the cat colony neutered as we saw some really thin kittens and a thin pregnant mum who we fed daily with sachets from 7/11.||Best bits:|Friendly helpful staff, amazing view from breakfast, tucked away from the madness of central samui

hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Chaweng Cove Beach Resort. Die Anlage ist gepflegt, ruhig und perfekt gelegen – direkt am Strand und trotzdem angenehm entspannt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das großartige Team: egal ob Housekeeping, Rezeption oder Restaurant – alle Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an den Gärtner sowie das Pool-Team, die täglich dafür sorgen, dass alles sauber, grün und einladend ist. Man fühlt sich hier wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Für uns war es ein Ort zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The staff was very friendly. They surprised me with a little birthdaycake and helped me apply disinfectant after I slipped outside the hotel due to rain, i appreciate this alot! The cleaningstaff were also very friendly in explaining me some questions about the minibar and towels. The room and facilities and the friendly baarkeeper of their restaurant were all great. Totally recommend and would stay again :)

We booked 2 rooms at Chaweng Cove Beach Resort in Chaweng, Ko Samui. Arrived after an inconvenient series of airline connections and a circuitous trip to the hotel from the Ko Samui airport. Reception was a non-event, and we were led to our 2 rooms in two different buildings, near the water. The room with the king bed was the less spacious, less comfortable of the 2 rooms. The 2 separate twin-beds room was the "upgraded" room, beachfront with a plunge pool on the balcony. A nice feature, but I doubt a honeymooning couple would want the nicer room/view with separate beds. Seems like poor planning on the part of the hotel designer, if there was one. Neither room was particularly clean, and we had to ask for towels to match the number of guests in each room, and to have black mold cleaned from the shower in one room. Outside the rooms were strewn unused equipment, spare plumbing parts, trash, and other unsightly junk. This could have been a 4-star property if they had cleaned up the junk laying around, and thoroughly cleaned the rooms. Property had a nice private beachfront with restaurant overlooking the water and a nice pool area in the main courtyard where some of the non-beachfront/view rooms were located. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring food from various cultures, with seating in an open-air environment.

Nice location, but the hotel feels overpriced for the old room decoration. I had the only available room without balcony, and on the second day it was pouring rain with pigeons literally taking shelter right outside my window — unforgettable 😂. Breakfast could be improved and the hotel was extremely crowded with Russian guests. Overall okay, but I expected more value for money.
